Ingredients:

Blue Lotus

Peppermint

Spearmint

Mugwort

Lemon Balm

Psilocybin Mushrooms

Affirmation: I open myself to connection, curiosity & the experience unfolding around me.

Cool Connection was created to explore stillness, clarity, openness & the many ways we experience connection with ourselves, other people, nature, spirit & the world around us.

Connection does not require us to dissolve our boundaries, abandon our individuality or assign profound meaning to every experience.

Sometimes meaningful connection begins by slowing down, becoming more aware of our surroundings & allowing ourselves to be fully present.

Each ingredient was selected for its botanical characteristics, traditional associations & symbolic relationship with a different aspect of connection.

Blue Lotus: Stillness • Awareness • Rebirth

Blue Lotus has a history of use in ancient Egyptian culture & is often associated with contemplation, relaxation & altered states of awareness. It represents stillness & receptivity... the quiet internal space that allows us to become more aware of ourselves & our surroundings. It reminds us that connection does not always require reaching outward. Sometimes it begins by becoming quiet enough to notice what is already present.

Affirmation: I become quiet enough to hear what lives within me.

Peppermint: Activation • Clarity • Awakening

Peppermint has a long history of traditional herbal use & is recognized for its cooling, aromatic & refreshing qualities. It represents clarity & conscious presence... the ability to remain mentally engaged with the experiences unfolding around us. It reminds us that connection is not simply about becoming relaxed or receptive, but also about being attentive enough to participate fully in the present moment.

Affirmation: I awaken to the power already moving within me.

Spearmint: Refreshment • Ease • Renewal

Spearmint has been valued throughout traditional herbal & culinary practices for its refreshing aroma, cooling qualities & gentle character. It represents renewal & openness... the willingness to approach experiences without allowing old expectations to determine what we discover. It reminds us that meaningful connection becomes possible when we remain curious about ourselves, others & the world rather than assuming we already understand everything there is to know.

Affirmation: I welcome renewal & allow myself to return to a state of balance.

Mugwort: Intuition • Dreams • Discernment

Mugwort has a long history within traditional herbalism, folklore & spiritual practices, particularly those associated with dreams, intuition & divination. It represents intuitive awareness & discernment... the ability to remain receptive to subtle emotions, impressions & personal experiences without automatically accepting every interpretation as truth. It encourages curiosity about the connections we perceive while reminding us that reflection & discernment are essential parts of understanding what those experiences mean to us.

Affirmation: I remain open to what arises within me while trusting myself to discern what carries meaning.

Lemon Balm: Ease • Comfort • Lightness

Lemon Balm has centuries of traditional herbal use & is commonly associated with relaxation, comfort & emotional ease. It represents the simple joy of connection... reminding us that meaningful experiences do not always need to be intense, spiritual or transformative. Connection can exist through laughter, conversation, companionship, shared experiences & quiet moments of appreciation. Sometimes the most meaningful connections develop when we stop trying to create something extraordinary & simply allow ourselves to enjoy what is happening.

Affirmation: I soften my grip & allow myself to experience lightness even before everything is resolved.

Psilocybin: Transformation • Introspection • Mystery

Psilocybin-containing mushrooms have a history of ceremonial & spiritual use in certain Mesoamerican traditions & are increasingly studied for their effects on perception, cognition & psychological experience. They represent introspection & the exploration of connection... inviting reflection on how we relate to ourselves, other people, nature & the larger mysteries of existence. Psychedelic experiences can sometimes involve profound feelings of interconnectedness, but these experiences are deeply personal & their interpretations can vary. Their symbolic role within this blend emphasizes the importance of approaching such experiences with curiosity, discernment & respect for our individual boundaries. Connection does not require us to lose ourselves. It invites us to explore how we relate to everything around us while remaining grounded in who we are.

Affirmation: I enter with intention, remain open to what arises & allow understanding to unfold beyond what I expected.

The Intention Behind Cool Connection

Together, these ingredients represent 6 complementary aspects of intentional connection:

Stillness without withdrawal.

Clarity without overanalysis.

Renewal without erasing the past.

Intuition without assumption.

Ease without avoidance.

Transformation without losing yourself.

Each ingredient contributes its own history, characteristics & symbolic associations, creating a formulation centered around presence, receptivity, awareness & meaningful connection.

Cool Connection was created as an invitation to experience connection more consciously... not by becoming indistinguishable from everything around us, but by becoming present enough to genuinely meet what is there.
